The Woodturner is a family-owned business in Bronkhorstspruit and has been supplying our standard range of products nationwide since 2001.

Standard range and other products
Wooden turnings can come in various shapes, sizes and applications. Some examples of the products we have include custom tool handles, wooden plates, wooden bowls, curtain finials, curtain brackets, curtain rods, cones, table legs, chair legs, coffee table legs, drawer knobs, balustrades and newel posts with handrails.
We have some very skilled craftsmen that have been in this industry for many years. This wealth of knowledge lends us the experience to manufacture beautiful custom orders – be it from a picture, a hand drawing or an engineers’ drawing, we can produce a low volume item to products in the thousands. We also offer products that range from interior to exterior pieces, like small honey spoons to large wooden columns, size is not an obstacle.
The Woodturner is one of the largest wood turning factories in the country. Our speciality lies in the mass production of products reaching into the thousands.
We supply some of the biggest retailers and factories, and through our experience learned the value of prompt delivery and kept commitments. We take pride in our order and management systems that ensures reliable service and quality.
Because of our mass production background, we buy our wood in bulk and with that can keep our prices very competitive. We mainly work in South African Pine but keep regular hardwoods like Oak, Beech and Saligna in stock as well. Other wood types can be acquired, and you are also welcome to supply your own wood.
